T3 Welcomes New Engineer: Phoebe Judkins

T3 is excited to welcome one of its recent hires: Phoebe Judkins!

Phoebe graduated from Auburn University in 2024 with a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering, focusing on Transportation Design. During all her summer breaks prior to graduation, Phoebe interned for various engineering firms focused on improving transportation design and infrastructure. In June of 2024, Phoebe was hired as an Engineer 1 and is excited to be a part of the T3 team!

In her free time, Phoebe enjoys hiking and exploring nature, growing houseplants, traveling, and playing guitar

T3 Welcomes New Engineer: Kianoush Kompany

Kian graduated from Virginia Tech in May 2017 with a Master of Science in Civil Engineering. He is a seasoned Traffic Engineer with over seven years of expertise in capacity analysis, maintenance of traffic (MOT) analysis, traffic simulation, alternative developments, corridor studies, traffic forecasting, and data collection. He has a proven track record of building simulation models from start to finish and authoring comprehensive technical reports.

Kian is proficient in a variety of software, including VISSIM, Synchro, SimTraffic, HCS, SIDRA, Microsoft Office Suite, and ArcMap. He is also skilled in using TransModeler, TransCAD, and CUBE Voyager for traffic analyses.

Outside of work, Kian enjoys watching movies, traveling, and staying connected with friends.

T3 Welcomes New Engineer: Haron Masjidi

Haron graduated from Virginia Tech in 2022 with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Previously, Haron worked as a Geotechnical Project Manager at ECS – Mid-Atlantic, LLC. He started with us as an Engineer I in December 2023. Our Engineer I’s use their problem-solving skills to determine and design solutions to real-world transportation issues and, under the direction and supervision of a Project Manager, provide technical support in the planning, development, and design of transportation projects.

In Haron’s free time, he enjoys going to the gym, watching soccer, and cooking food.
