T3 is excited to welcome one of its recent hires: Phoebe Gregg!

Phoebe graduated from Virginia Tech in December 2021 with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and minor in Green Engineering. They started with us as an Engineer I in February 2022. Our Engineer I’s use their problem-solving skills to determine and design solutions to real-world transportation issues and under the direction and supervision of a Project Manager, provide technical support in the planning, development and design of transportation projects.

In Phoebe’s spare time, they love to write, advocate for LGBTQ rights, ride bikes, and spend time with their two cats.

T3 welcomes Phoebe’s skills and enthusiasm and looks forward to their contributions to our clients, our staff, and our community.
